RETURN POLICY CATALOG & INTERNET SALES
WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR NO HASSLE, NO QUESTIONS, REFUND OR EXCHANGES.

Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If you are not fully satisfied, return it with the supplied return form on your invoice. All items must be returned within 30 days in new, unused, unlaundered and resale condition. This must include all the manufacturer’s packaging material and tags. The Fort will NOT accept any returned packages sent C.O.D. If your return is older than 60 days, you may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Defective items need to be returned within 1 year of purchased date and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis according to manufactures policy. We suggest that you insure your return packages. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages returned to us.

Return Policy Rules
  1. No refunds on original shipping or return shipping charges unless the item(s) have been damaged during shipping.
  2. Items special ordered or customized for you are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Please pack your shipment carefully in the original carton, if possible, take necessary steps to assure that returned items do not get damaged while in transit to our location.
  4. Include your completed return form and attach the pre-addressed (not prepaid) shipping label.
  5. All refunds are made using the same exact method as the order payment method. Returned “Gift” items can receive exchange or Fort Brands store credit.
  6. Credit Card refunds are made to the same credit card that paid for the order.
  7. Allow 15 to 45 days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
  8. Please allow 14 - 20 business days for check refunds, checks are sent to the name and address of the “Bill To” party.
  9. If the shipment is damaged in transit, you should notify the Customer Service Department immediately and save the carton(s), packaging & wrapping for possible inspection by the carrier.
  10. Gift with Purchase “GWP” items that are returned must be accompanied with the GWP FREE item or the advertised value of the GWP will be withheld from the credited amount.
  11. Items that become defective not because of normal wear or use, should be returned within 1 year, items that have shown significant or considerable wear will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and fall subject to manufacturer’s warranties and policies.
  12. Shipping charges will apply to packages refused or undeliverable.
  13. Original shipping charge may be adjusted if after item is returned, order no longer qualifies for the applied shipping charge.

DIRECTIONS

Return the items with the completed lower 1/3 portion of the invoice. For Returns complete the front portion of the form and for exchanges complete the front and back portions of the Return/Exchange form. For questions regarding the return form, please contact Customer Service. Remember to protect the mfg. packaging material; this includes boot & hat boxes when you prepare your item to be shipped back to us.

BACKORDERED & CANCELLED ITEMS

BACKORDERED ITEMS please allow an estimated 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Credit card orders will not be charged until item is shipped. If you want to cancel this item, please contact customer service.

CANCELLED ITEM may no longer be available and the overall shipping cost may have been adjusted. We do not like to cancel item(s) from any order, but there are times when the item you have ordered is no longer available from the manufacture, or the item did not pass our quality control department. In order for us to continue to offer quality products at everyday low prices, we must charge you a reduced rate on your exchanged items to help us off-set the high cost of re-shipping.

Saddle and Specialty Items RETURN POLICY

When you receive a saddle, fit it to your horse as soon as possible. If the saddle does not meet your expectation, you are free to return the saddle (via UPS, insured, only) the next business day for a refund less shipping costs. Purchasers seeking a refund are required to provide proof of shipment by emailing the tracking number to [email protected] within 36 hours of receipt. Saddles ridden in or showing wear, soiled, faded, scratched, treated with silver polish, oil, or any leather cleaning product or conditioner, or not returned to and received by Fort Brands within 1 week of receipt by customer will not be accepted for refund.

Pricing Policy

The Fort® Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities and change any price or shipping charge on the Website without notice, due to manufacture price increase and technical, typographic or photographic errors. Website pricing may differ from catalog or retail location pricing.

International Shipments
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick-up or receive the shipment. These fees are not additional shipping charges; they are taxes or duties your home country is assessing to the shipment. The Fort will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
